20 year old, Switzerland born, Greg “G-Fresh”
Tecoz is certainly
a Star in the making. He got the name “G-Fresh” in high
school
because he stayed popping tags, rocked the latest trends and
stayed “Fresh
to Death”! But his life hasn’t always
been easy,
after his Parents divorce, he was faced with many challenges,
so to
deal, he picked up a HipHop Ejay and the rest as they say,
is history!
He landed a
home at an independent record label Quick Flip
Records as a producer. Right out of the gate, he was fortunate
enough to produce Maceo’s debut album “Straight Out Da Pot”,
which went on to
sell more than 35,000 (Soundscan) copies,
independently.
This was Huge for the first time producer!
With all of his
new found success, you would think life was
getting better, but being a music
producer is not what his
parents had in mind.
Choosing the love of music over a more
traditional way of living, led
him to be homeless. Committing to
his
love of music he stayed on the grind, and to remind him of
what he was born to
do, he tattooed music notes from his elbows
to his finger tips.

From there,
G-Fresh caught the attention of Jason Geter,
President of T.I.P.’s Grand
Hustle Entertainment. He started
producing music at Echo Studios, ultimately producing nationwide
artists like,
Gucci Mane, B.O.B., Shawty Low, Travis Porter, Young
LA & J-Money to name a
few.
Today, His
self taught style gives him a sound completely
uninfluenced & fresh. His first single “Nice Day” features Lil
Wayne’s artist Lil’ Chuckee & Travis Porter. Although he is New
POP artist, the video has
received an incredible 118830 video
views on worldstarhiphop.com, since its release on July 2, 2010.
“My sound is
different and unique; honestly, nobody is rocking like
“G-Fresh” right now. I make good music, my range & style is
infinite. I hope I’m able to speak to
the soul of every human life
walking the globe. I’m not looking for hand outs I work hard!
I want to be a self made Man, I’m in this full
time!... HAYYYYY!”
